Excellent hotel for the price at the airport, staff was friendly and the room was clean the restaurant on site had great margaritas and fried tacos

I had a fall in an escalator when checking in and suffered several wounds. The staff were very quick to acct and very helpful. But no one was aware that the escalator could -and should have been- stopped. They ignored that there was a red button at the bottom of it to stop it.
As human beings they were great. I want to thank specially Yudit Garcia and Michel Cervantes. But, obviously, the security personel need more trainning.
The amenities for a suite were not much higher than a two star hotel, seemingly prepared for one person, rather than two.

Would be better if the hotel has parking lot for thier guest
