The staff was very friendly, especially Stephanie Delort, she is very friendly and helpful. I will recommend the apart city hotel to others that are going to that region. I will also stay there again when I go back to France.
I wish one would be able to get fresh linen during their stay.

Arivée just before closing. The staff saw us coming and we had expected.
It was not a bed but a sofa unfolded. Little room to move around the bed.

I only stayed overnight and was impressed to find the reception still in action well after 11pm. At the reception desk, the man was very welcoming and efficient while dealing with arrivals from Portugal, France and Scotland. The modern apartment was very well appointed and extremely clean. The hotel is only a short walk away from the airport at Bordeaux-Merignac. Taxis seemed very expensive (15 euros)for such a short trip.

No staff, no information. If I had not sent a mail to say that I will arrive later than expected, I would not have the access code to the hotel and the code for the safe references have room ... no deposit for the keys so anyone can take the key nearby for use in towels, for example ... We had requested two rooms close (a couple with four children), we were certainly the same floor but in the opposite building. POSITIVE EXPERIENCE NOT AT ALL! For your reservation cons worked well.
