Peace and quite with good staff to assist. It was a fine experience for a first timer.
We live in Progreso and was going to tell all the expats about this hotel.
What put me off with the whole experience was the Taxi company that was called for us and charged us 100 PESOS to go to the airport 3 minutes away. This took everything away from the stay at your hotel and leaves me "NOT" wanting to refer your your hotel anymore!!!
To bad.
