All over terrific buy: the service and facilities of a hotel costing twice as much.
It would be nice to have the three hot dishes in the breakfast buffet change occasionally.

The center of the city was at a walking distance.
Repetitive continental breakfast, perhaps the eggs could be done a differently every day so it doesn't feel you are having the exact same thing every morning.

We loved this hotel. If offered the upgrade to the new building take it. We didn't see what the standard see room was but the upgrade to the new building was super and very inexpensive.
