Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast easy to serve our selves and bar meals good.
Room lovely and light well furnished and spacious and lovely sea view. Hearing the sound of the sea all the time was a delight.
The bathroom was large and well laid out.
The outdoor space was comfortable too.
The best of both worlds overlooking the sea on one side and stepping into the shopping area on the other.

Convenience; easy access; location close to beach.
Not really too clean in the rooms; no wash cloths for bathing; soap that was so small it was depleted in 2 days (stayed 7).

We loved the hotel. Reception staff were charming and helpful. Our room was a good size, super bathroom, air con, decent TV. easy access to beach and the shops. perfect position. would always stay again. an air of quality and class was evident
Noise from supermarket opposite. "dragging noise" from 5am until 7am unnaceptable. No vocal noise, but scraping of containers being dragged. rubber wheeled crates would stop this. sympathy with the hotel, they have tried to stop this. Also as Menton beach is of poor quality and lacks beach loungers (except for a long walk) please provide space & deck chairs for sunbathing on the front area - plenty of space for this. essential and would provide revenue for drinks & snacks from sunbathers.

Location, views directly to the Mediterranean
We ordered a certain spacious room with balcony (Category). When we got the way we got a room half the size of the ordered and outside balcony. We were promised a second after two nights. It took three out of a total of five nights before we got a room with a balcony, but still only half as large again and price reduction at all.

Very good location, on arrival not friendly and not very clean polished but after reporting them or put in order. Not be repeated, we have for this award in menton already had more business.

My cousin and I loved the location as the Hotel was close to the sea and shopping
The food was very good and the evening meals well prepared and presented. We enjoyed the evening entertainment as it was very pleasant and suitable for us as Seniors. Plenty of comfortable seating to relax both inside and in the lovely garden.
I had to make a complaint about the bed linen but this was quickly resolved.
Having stayed in a 4 star hotel in Nice in June this year I found this hotel to be expensive for a 3 star(October) as breakfast was not included in the price.
The staff while helpful were not all that "Cheerful" and we didn't experience any warmth except from one girl in the restaurant who was exceptional and very friendly.
