Hôtel du Parc Even

To be quite frank and it saddens me that I have made such a poor coice..as the 2 other guests that accompanied me were very disappointed as well. I have filed a complaint and sent it to Mrs S Rai at venere.com. The reception as specially that one gentleman that was on duty on the 27th august @ 20h00 is the most unfriendliest of the lot! You come back from a outing..the hotel is locked. You were just put in some shabby room and were told by reception that the occupants are moving out only the next day. No peace of mind..some guys screaming and fighting over telephone in his languade and every one can almost here.A lightbulb fuses on top of you ..you notify tg hem and all you get is a vague stare...I moved out a day sooner than i should..NO heating/ aircon... This hotel is not worth the price.. I paid ...and for what..? very disappointed...will not recommend it to anyone

The warm welcome and friendliness of staff.

Window does not close curtains and old and yellowed, the smell of sewage in the toilet / shower.

The staff was really nice, they were really willing to help us solve problems we faced as visitors lacking experience with Paris. The neighbourhood is great!

The hotel could look tidier with not too much effort and definately not much of an investment - just taking the time to remove broken things from site would make a big difference.

The proximity to the training site

Yes, television does not work, the lamp either, there was a water leak in the toilet. and especially the neighbors were very noisy until 2:00 am.

The hotel was situated in the centre and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I thought the bedroom could have been bigger, the bathroom was very cramped. The bedlinen had stains and there was a lot of noise coming through from other bedrooms.

It was relatively close to the Fair, about 30 minutes away. Near Metro station, about 5 minutes. If you are looking for money, this is a good hotel, but surely there are other better conditioned for the same price.

The maintenance of this leaves something to be desired. There are things broken, that although not essential, it does lower the comfort of the room and you see that are broken a long time and there is no intention to fix.

24h reception although sometimes staff wasn't at the reception. And that we can leave our luggages there in need.

Some facilities were weak and a bit broken.
