Hotellet lå perfekt plassert i forhold til strand og by. Frokosten var nydelig. Servicen i resepsjonen var svært god.

Bra beliggenhet, trygt og sentralt, solide vegger.
Elendig ventilasjon, dårlig inneklima/inneluft i rommet. Mye bedre luft, inneklima i hotellets reseps Jon! Var fristet til å legge meg til å sove der! Air conditioning bråkte mye og fungerte dårlig i tillegg. Dette kunne ha vært en fantastisk hotell med noen få tekniske forbedringer (takvifte, sunn ventilasjons system, investeringer mht språkferdigheter hos de ansatte).

Here you as a customer is still king, we now for 2nd time in the Maestranza, and feel just super good. Top location not 5minutes to the beach, in the city in 10 minutes. Better it gets.
The card for the room service, the selection is boring after a week, or there are too few choices for room service, food to the room I once recommended but not every day because it's somehow always the same.

Rooms clean and tidy; smoking and non-smoking floors segregated; rooms attended daily and no items 'went missing'; never had to wait long for the lift; the sauna/steam room/jacuzzi were pleasantly clean and in good order.
Choice of rooms could be better - we particularly asked for rooms facing South or West but it appears these sides are available only to guests electing the more expensive suites.

The receptionist with long straight brown hair. We arrived at eleven AM in the middle of the checkout rush and she never stopped smiling even thought she was alone behind the desk. She found us two rooms to check into early. Supermarket right across the street and lots of small restaurants in the area.

Friendliness and willingness of staff in their respective roles
Which have no parking and therefore increasingly necessary to bring or park the car. The room was just enough space and light entering through the toilet during the night, giving directly on the beds and the doors have windows. In general the room had everything, but it's a fair bit in a 4-star hotel.

Close to beach and walking distance to the center.
Poor trenignslokale - for hot and small and cramped. A lot of traffic since it lies on the main road.
