The rooms are very good, very modern and sophisticated equipment. The breakfast is very good.
It was really hard to get to the hotel as it is located on a street in one hand next to a highway. We spent almost 2 hours walking around the neighborhood before arriving. We recommend that you go for 1st time to verify how to get well.

Comfortable and clean room. Room service was very efficient.
(1)We were robbed on our first night in Madrid. We lost a handbag containing all our money, jewellery, credit cards, etc.
When we explained to the receptionist the next day, she just smiled. Maybe it was a language barrier, but it left us feeling rather upset.
(2) It would be better if food/refreshments were available 24 hours.
