It's close to the airport, has a nearby Metro station, has large quiet rooms, is within a short walk of a variety of restaurants and friendly staff.

La atencion insuperable, las habitaciones extraordinarias. Las almohadas estupendas y sobretodo para una corta estancia cerca del aeropuerto.

We stayed here upon arrival in Spain because we wanted a good night's sleep before picking up the rental car and driving south. It was a good idea and a better choice. The room was lovely, very comfortable. Transportation to and from the airport was convenient. Everyone spoke English, and though I do speak a bit of Spanish, it was nice to be able to lapse into English after travelling from the Middle East.
Breakfast buffet was absolutely yummy!
Nothing really wrong, but the hotel was very empty. We were the only people at the lobby bar for a long time. We also were looking forward to tapas our first evening in Spain, but the bar didn't offer any. We did have a lovely sandwich, though.

Sauber,grosse Zimmer,ruhig,Betten weich, Flughafen-Shuttle puenktlich, alle 15 min.
KATASTROPHE : 2 (ZWEI!!!) Stunden Eincheckzeit !!!, nur zwei Personen in der Reception, unglaublich. Da ich abends ankam und frueh um 04.45 Uhr auschecken musste, blieb von der Nacht zum Schlafen kaum etwas uebrig - schade um mein Geld. Wenn das Einchecken geregelt waere, koennte ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen

Erg ruime en luxe kamers

Ik maak zelden mee dat personeel zo klantonvriendelijk is. Van de pendelbus chauffeur tot het balipersoneel. Onvriendelijk, chagerijnig, onbehulpzaam en kort af. Een erg grote afknapper.

Very good isolated room, absolutely quiet and very comfortable.
Extraordinary Breakfast Buffett, everybody polite and helpful. The 'bell-boy' with aloof good informations.
