The hotel's location is excellent. Super Internet facilities.
The personal attention is deficient, the bar service is poor a couple of times I went I had to wait a while to arrive the waiter. The room pillows are uncomfortable and of poor quality. Room service placed no soap to make the rooms, had to go looking for him.

The PC in the room.
The only comment I have is that people in reception were not very professional. On one occasion I went to the inn had a passenger who was upset by a malfunction in the bathroom of his room, and three employees who were in receipt of the problem were just outstanding, without regard to all the other passengers we expected "patiently" to settle the problem. It was a very unprofessional attitude on the part of the reception.

Great location on Serrano street, room a bit small but very clean with a great bathroom. I realy enjoyed the access to a free laptop and internet in our room.
