The staff were extremely helpful in arranging restaurant bookings and the front office, Glass Bar and breakfast room people were excellent. The room amenities were very good especially the lighting and shower cubicle. The location a mere 5 minutes to the Prado Museum, 2 minutes to the Thyssen-Bornemesza Museum and ten minutes walking to the Reina Sofia meant that taxis were unnecessary.
Being on a main street there was some traffic noise and on our first night we were woken at around 3 a.m. by rowdy revellers. We had specifically requested a very quiet room so if ours was the quietest available then we are glad we stayed during mid winter as we can only imagine what the noise might be like during the height of the summer season!

The POSITION.
WE RARELY HOME ALSO CONSIDERING A TRIP DECEVANT.APRES 1200km IN CAR AND A CHILD OF 9 YEARS NS BUT THERE WERE delighted NS HAVE BEEN REALLY DECU the coldness of the receptionists (except parking). CONCERNING THE ROOM, SHE WAS REALLY TOO SMALL AND VERY, VERY DARK.

The hotel is amazing!! Everything!! bedroom, bathroom, terrace bar, staff, astral!

The breakfast could be more complete (and several fresh breads, toaster and espresso machine Nespresso for the guest to make your coffee!
