Lack of choice for breakfast. Staff at the reception especially helping (help restaurants and a confirmation to other hotels as part of our itinerary).

We were a group of four couples and our stay in Madrid was very good. The hotel and service were in line with our expectations!

Overall very good. Only problem, it gave us a double bed and the noise, either from other rooms or on the street.

New hotel, well located and comfortable but low-skilled staff

Getting in and out of Madrid regarding the hotel, is simple. Leave your car in the parking lot is worth because it has close to a subway station. When entering into a leisure area and tapas for every occasion chose a different restaurant or coffee shop and cheaply.

The hotel did not disappoint my expectations. Excellent location near the center and major attractions in Madrid and at the same time in a lively area and inhabited. The structure is almost new. The cleanliness is impeccable. The services I used were fast, efficient and offered with courtesy.

Recently, central, well connected, and quiet. It has no room service, only snacks and sandwiches in the cafeteria. Garage spacious and comfortable, though somewhat expensive.
