The neighborhood.
I was there for three days with a lot of friends for a wedding. One of my friends gave my 220 volt to 110 volt converter to the front desk and asked them to give it to me on the second day. The hotel lost my converter. They did not offer to replace it. I think they delivered it to someone else's room. The staff were polite, but didn't seem to care that they lost something.
