Excelent location. The rooms are very clean, nice and comfortable. Very good service. Good price!
The beds are a little hard. Even if I set the air conditioner to a low temperature (19 C) the room only got to 24 C. It would have been great to get the room colder, considering the high temperatures outside.

Su ubicación, instalaciones y el trato de personal.
Veo, soy cliente antiguo, que han desaparecido los bidés de los cuartos de baño, un elemento esencial para el aseo. Se echan de menos.

Centrally located next Atocha train station
1. They charge an exorbitant rate for WiFi service in rooms.
2. The room had inadequate lighting fixtures. Half the room was dark.
3. Noisy. We had difficulty sleeping due to frequent noise from the hall and other rooms.

Confort de las habitaciones
18 euros al día por el wifi, 3,10 euros un café. No es aceptable habida cuenta de los precios de la habitación.
Reserve habitación doble y me intentaron colar una individual aún habiendo dobles libres. La política parece ser dentro del mismo rango de precios dar al cliente las peores habitaciones y dejar libres las mejores?????
