The staff are superb! Very accomodating and helpful. The location is a bit difficult and for us expensive, without a car and using taxicabs all the time - back and forth to dinner and etc. But overall a restful and wonderful experience. We highly recommend guests see Viennes and Perouges as we did ... less than a day trip and wonderful. Also the Museum is excellent!

Very convenient location, very good food, dark room, but still very beautiful, very good service
The restaurant toilets dirty lying; to pool some very old and broken, lying at pool very crowded, the pool water too cold

All bestens.Bedauerlich was that there was no room in the restaurant. Tip: The point score in their seats already that they should book early!

The Villa Florentine was excellent - the view supurb, the room was large and very comfortable, the staff helpful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and would stay there again.

Fantastic. Too many stairs to climb after our long strolls in the old town due to its situation on the top of a hill... on the other hand, this made the sight really wonderful. The service was extremely kind and helpful.

The restaurant, the sight from our room (at the top), the garden and swimming pool... very good.
