We were 2 adults and 2 kids ,location was good close to city centre, staff were freindly.
No Aircon, difficult to find the hotel, cleaning weekly basis only. they are charging for any extra bedding set such as pillows and sheet.

The location is excellent for walking to the places we wanted to visit. Noise in the night from Mercier Street was something we didn't know in advance, however, so that spoiled the experience somewhat. We received good service from the staff.

Internet access, having the kitchen to prepare light meals.
We were uncertain as to what housekeeping duties we were responsible for, so this could be made clearer at the beginning of a stay.

The reception staff (reception) does not seem professional, overwhelmed when there are more than two people at the counter! Also the friendliness is part of being a receptionist.
