New hotel and clean. Outside work, access was easy.
The reception could be more friendly and more detailed information: opening hours Jacuzzi holidays: the phone, I was told 10 am, 9 am on site and then, ultimately, noon, so impossible to enjoy December 25 as promised to my children. Shortage of gowns when we have crossed a family in the jacuzzi and tap not included (not specified): obligation to descend in the elevator towel. Only 1 fitness machine and failed. Little toiletries in the following 4 people: 1 mini soap, 1 box with charlotte and cosmetic pads and cotton swab, excessive prices for parking and breakfast.

The rooms are large, comfortable hotel, but very biased, need the car for short trips.
The air conditioning does not work, reported at the reception, no reaction to the heatwave days.
