The proximity of the sanctuary and hospitality.
The room was not made once during our stay. Also, if you do not dine at the restaurant, you have no table for breakfast in the morning we had to wait at least 10 minutes so we find you a place, but the last day, we had a table with our name.

The location was just great. The parking was excellent since it was private and very secure. The breakfast was good value for money.
We were not too comfortable with the quality of the blankets. They did not appear to be clean although the sheets and pillow cases were clean.

The hotel's location is 3 minutes from the cathedral.
Is too expensive for a hotel so old, ugly, unclean, breakfast for which I paid 8 euros was very poor. The truth I do not recommend to anyone, for the same price I was in San Sebastian in a near-luxury hotel.

STAFF NOT SMILING. A REVIEW OF HOME NOT GIVE EXPLANATION ON THE OPERATION OF THE HOTEL (RESTAURANT HOURS AND ITS SITUATION, THE KEY FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE HOUSE, NOT THE TOWEL ON THE TABLE IN THE RESTAURANT, WATER DECANTER EMPTY ON THE TABLE, NOT BOARD OF WINE AND MOVED ON REQUEST WHEN THE WINE OF CHOICE IS IMPOSED BY STAFF)

Very near to the grotte.
Staff friendly on the reception. Very good English spoken by reception lady.
Had to pay full price for a parking space for a motorbike which is unusual for France. It cost 11 euros per night and we were asked to park in a corner out of the way which was not an actual parking space anyway.
Only one barman on the bar in the evenings. Hotel bar very busy and he was unable to cope with the amount of people in there - had to wait a long time to be served. Needs more staff.
