Staff was friendly and helpful, the flowers were a lovely touch outside. The room was quiet, the breakfast was good.

The helpful and friendly desk clerk Sharon. We left an item by accident, they notified us emediately and we were able to retreive it quickly.

Good location, friendly staff.
The bathroom fan is particularly noisy. Possibly need closer supervision of breakfast (refill coffee, empty trash, ..)

The location.
The hotel could use a visit from Anthony Melchiorri. This could be a first class motel as it is located near excellent recreation facilities. However, it is in need of maintenance. The rooms needs painting, the cleaners could use a little more time per room. The door and balcony are in need of repair.
