IN GENERAL THE HOTEL IS GOOD, BUT THE FOOD THE TRUTH is terrible, especially CREO K DINNER A little more variety and would gain much MORE HOTEL IN QUALITY FOOD FOR MY ONE HOTEL IS VERY IMPORTANT, HE ALWAYS TALK K HOTEL FOOD IS MAIN TOPIC OF CONVERSATION AND FAILURE IN THIS HOTEL MUCHO.GRACIAS.

It would have been appreciated if elderly guests and those with children could have been located on a different level from those who excessively slammed doors and made a lot of general noise. We realise they were away from home and more likely to be boisterous but more consideration could have been shown.

The hotel is ok, but it is advisable to seek peace, and we had many neighbors "ravers" that at 4 am screaming and drinking in the hallways. The hotel staff had to get their attention. I do not know if it will be somewhat isolated, but the feeling was not all good. The room was very narrow.

Food was good, we could choose from lots of things for breakfast and as well as for dinner. We received a room with balcony (as I requested) and it was as large as the room itself! We could eat breakfast on the last day before 8 as we had to leave the hotel earlier than the breakfast time frame!

Rooms where dirty same bedsheets all week.

The hotel is very close to the most beautiful beach in Arenal, the food is good and the staff is nice. On the other side, the room was not cleaned at the best standards and we had a bad view on the backyard of the hotel from the balcony of our room.

The Hotel was good, but the food at the dinner was not so good.

Excellent location, very economic hotel with small rooms and discreetly kept, but no air conditioning and minibar. Small pool but the sea is near. Staff friendly and helpful. International cuisine and plenty good enough. The quality / price ratio is more than satisfactory but I would have doubts about the comfort in summer because of the rooms a bit "Spartan."
