I was very impressed with the young lady at the front desk although I did not get her name. Blonde with great personality. A great emissary for your hotel

The staff did not leave my towels, even though i hung them up. i think if you're going to make a water conservation promise and ask the guests to participate, then the staff should also participate.

The staff upgraded us to the Executive Suite-- which was wonderful since we were traveling with a newborn. The suite was very spacious (except for the bathroom) and comfortable. The fitness center was small but functional. The proximity to the River Market area was great.
The bathroom was very small compared to the rest of the suite.

Close to the River Market district
The AC would not keep the room cool, kept cycling on and off all night. Could not sleep

The room smelled like moth balls, as if it had been closed up for awhile, it was awful, hard to sleep in the smell no matter how much air we ran
