Clean, tidy, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Evening meal good value
Both lifts broke down during our stay. Not a problem for us but there was a wheelchair user staying at the same time. How did he cope?

The breakfast, which was good value for Euros 9.
My only complaint is that I was allocated a room which had previously used by a smoker which was very unpleasant indeed. It was a family get together and my two sisters have the same complaint.

Propreté, placement
Avant il y avait une bouilloire dans la chambre avec Thé, café, tisanes en sachet... c'était très bien Quand on rentre tard de congrès, on n'a pas envie de descendre boire une tisane

- disponibilité du personnel à l'accueil. - luminosité de la chambre.
-C'est très compliqué de manoeuvrer une voioture dans le parking de l'hôtel. - à 8h30, l n'y avait pas de journaux en face de l'accueil
