It was a very pleasant stay with friendly staff - just one occassion arose as one of our group had to return home suddenly for family reasons- she asked a staff member for help with locating a train and tickets and was told it was not an hotel and those services were not given - local knowledge would have helped her on a purely human level - luckily she speaks Spanish and managed - it was perhaps an off day with one staff member only? - we all have them.

Pillows could be more confortable, and the air conditioning wasn't working well, so the room became very hot. the cafeteria could also be open for longer to allow guests to have a drink etc
