Campanile Roissy - Aéroport CDG - Le Mesnil Amelot

Very nice shower, comfortable bed, great location close to Charles de Gaulle Airport. It was nice to have an electric kettle to use in making coffee.

I was surprised that there were no hand towels, only bath towels. Also, the waiter in the restaurant was rude and never brought the drinks we ordered.

Not too much.

Not happy with staff attitude, internet was off, hard to find.

Nice room, clean hotel, quiet setting.

Shuttle was impossible to find and had to phone hotel.

Only overnight stay,but all of the above were excellent.

When you book the confirmation email should give the exact locations where the shuttle bus can be boarded at c. d. g.airport.

This is just a basic, frozen, de-personalized sample of airport hotels. Everything goes by the minimum – building material and furniture quality, processed food and, unfortunately, staff helpfulness in case of a problem. And that happened. Wi-Fi internet didn’t reach my room in the third floor. The young man in the reception, under manager guidance, didn’t make any effort to solve the problem other than offering another room in the first floor. Time was wasted to visit this room only to find out it was a two bed bedroom, which I refused. Next he suggested I work in the lobby – another refusal. Finally he offered a room in a corner at ground level. Another visit and another refusal: this room was adapted for disabled persons and lacked things like the shower box. At check out next day I recounted the whole story to a different receptionist and suggested compensation. Under manager supervision, he refused to make any reduction in the bill claiming it was "impossible". The point here is that I had to walk to the front desk and spend a lot of time pressing for a solution that never came. In any moment, from any of the staff persons involved, including the manager, I herd a single apology.

飛行場ホテル間のシャトルバスが出ているとホームページあったのでシャルルドゴール空港のターミナル２のギャラリーのシャトルバス乗り場で1時間半待ったが結局来ず、他のホテルの運転手に聞いて、この場所では無く、ターミナル２のDポルト（出口）９にしか来ないことが分かった。そこで移動して30分以上待ったが結局来ず、タクシーを拾ってホテルまで移動した。タクシー代は8ユーロ弱。ホテルで確認したところ、シャトルバスは45分間隔であること、ホテル名はシャトルバスの横に大きく書かれておれず小さな紙を貼っただけであり、分かりずらいことから、このホテルのシャトルバスを空港で拾うのは難しいのでタクシーを使うことをお勧めする。ホテルから空港行の場合は問題ない。

Extremely sterile.

Good dinner and breakfast. clean and comfortable room. Good for price.

It would not cost much to provide crockery cups in the room rather than plastic cups. Very poor.
