Beds were comfortable. Rooms were nice.

I thought, because it was called a "suite" that it would have had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot.

I enjoyed all the features. The room/suite was very nice. The cafes and buffet were excellent.

My initial check in time was delayed 2.5 hours because my room was not ready. After a long drive this was not expected.

Staff and location are very good, we like the size of the rooms

The furniture, specifically the sofa was in need of repair and cleaning, the drapes are older and the tub surround tiles had dirty grout. We have stayed in your hotel many times and were very disappointed that the rooms have not been maintained well and are in need of refurbishing. I don't know if I will stay again at this point. I can no longer recommend your hotel to friends as I have done in the past.
