Nice hotel, good breakfast

Unfortunately reservation for Saturday night April 7th with my partner, but we could not fly from Tenerife Binter strike, which I was a big setback, SERME impossible to cancel the booking. So would like to ask that I be charged the cancellation and thus eligible to return to organize a romantic weekend with my partner in The Palmas.Muchas Thanks

It seems to us a wonderful hotel located in a privileged place. All in was always the best of Las Palmas. Very similar, in many ways, the Hotel Mencey S / C of TFE. It is worthwhile to maintain the level it deserves.

The man (and lady) in the reseption during daytime spoke a poor English and was not pleasent at all. The couple during nigh time gave a very good service.

I would give the hotel high marks in all the above categories. I did not check the "sixes" in the box above; they just appeared. I prefer not to use the numbers scale. The hotel was fine; no big complaints.
