The meals served in the lounge bar were excellent and the service perfect. The main meal of the day was a la carte with a good choice. I found great comfort from sympathetic staff and therefore I could relax to enjoy my meals. The breakfast was also well thought out and I was able to select gluten free food too. I would not hesitate in recomending this hotel.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!

We thought the hotel was excellent, and in a very good position for visiting Gibraltar. Also the car parking facility was very good. We did not however like La linea but this would not stop from staying in the hotel again.
We did not like having to pay for tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom

Excellent location. Great views across to Gibraltar. Friendly, helpful staff.
Water in swimming pool a little suspect in terms of cleanliness. Only one juice dispenser at breakfast causing long queues. No free WiFi.
