Kyriad La Fleche

The breakfast was excellent; the staff very helpful.

The rooms are far too small (apparently all rooms are the same size) and lack any form of air conditioning - it was a relief to go out for a drive in the car. Our three nights were very uncomfortable in the heat. Also we looked out, from the back, onto a La Farge cement and concrete mixing works. We chose the Kyriad because it was close to our friends/relations (they had not stayed there), who thought it would be suitable, but we would rather have paid more for exta space and comfort. It is obviously serving the lower end of the French hotel market. As part of the Novotel group of companies they should know better!

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!
