Convenient quiet location, friendly obliging reception staff and comfortable bed.
The room was very 'compact' - and extra half a metre in each direction would have been a huge improvement but for the price it was good value and fine for an overnight stop.

Our room smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke it was difficult to sleep in the room. And the window would not open enough to get fresh air into it. Very disappointed with this and we were glad to only be spending one night. We will probably not use your hotel chain again due to this.
