Very convinient location, near the shops we frequently go to. staff and desks personnel are courteous and always willing to assist
None at all. no bad experience nor discomforts in the few times that we have stayed there

I like the hotel because of it's location and find it convenient. it' s my second time to stay in that hotel. I didn't regret booking in that hotel since i brought my kids in hongkong for the first time. Probably, i will book again thist hotel the next time i visit hongkong. Thank you.
The other room given to me was small compared to the other room.

The room during my first stay from Jul 19 was quite modern & fresh. The room during my second stay August 20th wasnt as modern/fresh. Breakfast was good & staff at reception were great - very courteous. The proximity to the ferry & shoping in The Gateway etc was great as I managed some business & lots of shopping. I will stay again

The elevators when busy were slow.
