At the convenient location.
1. The Gym is too small and equipments are too old 2. Internet access is not free in comparing to other major hotels like Nathan/Novotel/Eaton. 3. Business center is clumsy and charging 50 HK$ for 15 minutes access is exaggerated.

The location of the hotel is good. Right above Jordan MTR station.
When we check in, the staff is not very polite, as we book a few rooms under different names, and they seems quite frustrate when we cannot remember all the names of the guests. We wanted to order some food after midnight but the room services for food is only until 12am. It will be better if it is 24hrs, as only after midnight, you cannot find food in Hongkong streets

The rooms were newly refurbished.

Excellent hotel with great accommodation and very helpful and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Staff helpful, friendly and go out of their way to assist. Situation excellent for shopping and sightseeing. MCR underground rail station directly below hotel. Quality accommodation. Excellent restuarant. Fast Internet and work station in room. Highly recommend to anyone going to Hong Kong in any capacity.
