Metropark Hotel Mongkok

We were a group of 15 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Metropark hotel in Mongkok, all the staff from reception, conceige were fantastic a special mention of William in the breakfast room his service, manner and helpfulness was world class and believe me we travel all over the world. Jacob at breakfast was also wonderful and Alex in Cheers bar as well. Fantastic People make your stay more memorable.

It would have been great to have a lounge for meeting in the foyer - only one couch which is not sufficient when waiting for pickup etc

Excellent stay. Arrived late (10.30 pm) so upgraded to beautiful suite at no additional charge. Only restaurant open at that time in the area was in the hotel. All staff excellent except the doorman when we left who tried to persuade us to take a taxi all the way to the airport,rather than taxi to the train station and train out. This was clearly not in our interests so we declined.

Despite the slight renovation at the front entrance, everything else was perfectly okay during my stay at your hotel. I actually was telling my team that all your receptionists as well as the workers on the concierge counter were very well trained, friendly and fast. As i was checking in, i saw all the receptinists were trying to help their customers at their best. Additionally, the housekeeping lady who we met at our room door greeted us as well. We think that you should keep up with the high standard you're having now. My team and I truly had enjoyed our stay in your hotel. Well done. Thank you.
