Main reason for choosing Holiday Inn Golden Mile, an IHG Hotel: Location

I was impressed with the executive service...great lounge and great food...plus the computers and the wine was good too! My room really covered all the bases. Walk out the front door of the lobby and you are in the heart of the city. I especially liked the Irish pub next door. All in all a really nice experience on the golden mile.

Although the hotel is very convenient, it is up to some renovation and get a more 'modern' look, especially the rooms

Service was very accurate, polite and efficient

Right balance room rate/quality

Kindness of the staff
Security:the main door doesn't exist,the lifts are unsafe,people come in and out withouth any control/business centre is missed,very poor,you must improve
