Fab hotel. Despite us arriving at 9am in the morning they allowed us to have our room. Nothing too much trouble, fantastic value for money, aspect brilliant.

The Hotel is good, however the staff right from the Bell Desk in particular is very pathetic the moment one enters the Hotel. It is very rude, non cooperative and one needs to push them to get the luggage into the room. Except for the staff behaviour and approach the property is good, decent and enjoyable for the family.

Nice hotel. Location not so good, but convenient with the shuttle bus.

Perfect reach of train station, functional rooms, clean, nice spa.

Overall good experience,but major inconvenience with Concierge refusing to allow freshen up in Gymnasium during evening of departure,in spite of commitment from morning Duty Manager.
