Overall cleanliness was fine but vaccuuming wasn't done each day. We chose the Eaton because of location and rates and were happy with both of these.

Staff were helpful, couteous and friendly. Air conditioning worked really well and was not noisy which made sleeping comfortable.

Staff were friendly and very courteous. The facilities were excellent. Having restaurants, bar, bistro etc in the hotel was very convenient. A suggestion could be that a top sheet would add to sleeping comfort as a duvet becomes warm (even with air conditioning which you don't want too low)while a sheet would be just a nice light coverage.

Efficient and friendly staff. Convenient facilities - restaurants, grill, bar, pool etc Reading and relaxing areas
Pillows were not that comfortable but that is probably just a personal preference

THE BED WAS A LITTLE HARD FOR MY LIKING,BUT AT LEAST IT WASN'T DIPPY. ABOVE ALL IT WAS EXCELLENT.

I COULDNOT FIND THE LIGHT SWITCH,HAD TO PUT CARD IN FOR LIGHTS IF I WANTTED TO GO TO TOILET.
