Yes it's design , the corridors are too long to reach the rooms and in mine 2183 there was no chair to go with the desk, so all my work was done in bed

I felt that the receptionist could have explained how to unlock the door viz she should have mentioned that i actually have to remove the card before the door unlocks

Convenient and good services

We did not purchase the breakfast, and I felt like the staff at the front desk made a major issue that we were not to eat the breakfast. I understand that it's important that guests do not eat the breakfast if they did not purchase this, but I don't think it's important to make this issue when you're checking in. It makes more sense to me to remind guests that they have purchased the breakfast in that they have the right to go and partake in it rather than to say things at the front desk that appear to be scolding people that did not buy the breakfast. All that being said however I have no other complaints and thought the hotel stay was wonderful.
