Didn't have a problem parking the motorcycle and nobody messed with it over night

I was very disappointed in my stay, the casino is incredibly smokey due to poor ventilation, causing my eyes to hurt within only a few minutes. It took almost an hour to receive our salads at the IHop restaurant, yes salads! Then upon reaching the elevators there was an overwhelming stench of sewage, the scent was horribly strong. I was however willing to overlook these issues until around midnight our room became flooded with the same overwhelming sewage smell coming through the A/C unit which was not even turned on. We called down to the front desk where we were assured a maintenance personal would be sent right up, after waiting nearly two hours, feeling sick to our stomachs and becoming accustomed to the smell we had to throw the comforter over the A/C unit so that we could sleep, maintenance never arrived. Then on Tuesday I had a pending charge of $30.00 on my ATM/Credit Card I used to pay for the room, I had not ordered any movies or room service. Though the charges were quickly reversed once I called, had I not seen it or been able to take the time out of my working day I would have been charged money I had not spent. I was not offered any compensation or even given an apology, I am very unhappy with my experience in your hotel!!

I liked the idea of having transportation from Casino to Casino via Tram. That was very convenient and the people running it were very nice and helpful.

The only thing I found odd was that one day during our stay, our room was not cleaned or the towels replaced with clean ones. So my husband and I used the same towels.

Too much noise late at night. Talking and TVs on. Too many workers and very few vacation or travelers.

I enjoyed the spacious casino area. Also the convienience of the shuttle & tram

I didn't like that I was wakened by an intercom stating an alert at 4am repeated 4 times and nothing stating that everything was fine .

It took me an hour to check-in. It took more than a half hour to check in a single guest in the line in front of me. As soon as the clerk straightened them out, she checked out. She never acknowledged the upset people in the line to explain that there was no help for us. I'll never forget that and won't go there again.

The staff were courteous.

The rooms were very dusty and unappealing. I was disturbed when I noticed the carpet was filthy, the bathroom area was outdated, the shower/tub area was inoperable, and the entire sleeping quarters were disheartening and totally unacceptable as a whole. This was a horrible way to spend my birthday.

The rooms were nice sized, substantial and clean. The front desk and gift store staff were down to earth and friendly. The atmosphere at the Casino was calm, and my 21 year old son had a good time at the black jack table. The guests were also nice to him. Although I don't gamble, I was comfortable hanging around with him.

Having a fitness room open on the off-pool season would have made me happy. I ususally choose hotels for their having a pool open or at least some kind of exercise option. My son also wished for a little workout room.
