Main reason for choosing Regal Hongkong Hotel: Other
The friendly,efficient staff made us feel welcome and cared for.
A seating area in the reception area would be much appreciated. For example we were awaiting the arrival of our son who was flying in to meet us in Hong Kong and as we could not predict his exact arrival time we had to stand for 45minutes while the adjacent coffee lounge was full of empty chairs.

Main reason for choosing Regal Hongkong Hotel: Location
We might want to stay at your hotel again in summer time when the quilt in the room is just right for the weather.
The location is quite convenient. The lobby is spacious compaired to some hotels. The cleaning staff was nice and did a good job.
The room was cold and the quilt was too thin for this weather. The extra quilt I asked for added too much weight on the body when trying to move. I could hardly sleep during those nights with cold wave. One particular concierge (we tried to get help from two times) was very impatient, negative and rude (facial expression, gesture, words and tone).

Main reason for choosing Regal Hongkong Hotel: Location
I left filled up questionnaire at the hotel. I did not like the payment for the internet (while the rate for the room wasn't low) - should be for free, wifi. This plus the enormous sockets adaptors discourged me to use my laptop at all. Either, I did not like the long queue at the reception when I arrived.
I stayed too short to have an opinion.

Staff very obliging, enjoyed my stay.
Windsor Bar facility had band in attendance requiring an admittance fee!!!
Free drink voucher rendered useless as do not like loud music.
