Lage unmittelbar in Metro-Nähe, damit schneller Zugang zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Freundliches Personal im Frühstücksbereich.
Premier Lounge verdient nicht wirklich diesen Namen. Wurstauswahl hat beim Frühstücksbuffet gefehlt. Personal an der Rezeption war teilweise nicht wirklich kompetent.

The staff were helpful. Some did not always understand English but for most of the time we got by when English speaking staff were available. The concierge was always great and helpful.
Yes, the really bad mould in the hallway. This mould is toxic and dangerous to health. Unfortunately I had to walk along the hallway whenever I ventured outside my room and I had to always hold something over my mouth. I was really concerned that I would inhale this toxic mould spore. The health department in NZ would close a hotel down for this mould. This mould would prevent me from staying with you again. This is unfortunate as the hotel has a lot going for it.

I had the most terrible experience that i ever had was to stayed in Novotel Century HK!!They had overcharged my room 3 times. I had PREPAID the payment before arrive HK & yet the Novotel still charged me! That was really ridiculous! Also, i had to pay interest to my bank (HSBC)...I will never stay in that hotel anymore...

Main reason for choosing Novotel Century Hong Kong: Location

My PA finds that booking Novotel by using Novotel website is not working at all. Most of the time it will jam up and the website is extremely slow. I think Novotel should do something to upgrade their website as it is not user-friendly at all. All these while my PA is doing all the booking through www.hotels-and-bookings.com. It is so efficient. Novotel's IT dept should learn from them.
