The stay was great. When I go back in December I'll stay there.. I liked everything. The only thing , is I didn't get my cold milk every morning as asked for. Other than that . Good job.. Kurt Cason. .

Main reason for choosing Harbour Plaza North Point: Reputation
Overall it seemed more like a motel rather than a 4-star hotel. The furniture was too old and in particular the TV. The air-conditioner was not functioning properly. The walls were too thin and I was often disturbed by what guests next door were doing.

Main reason for choosing Harbour Plaza North Point: Location
The hotel is just a step away fron the underground sation with easy access to all areas of HK. The area was also close to the harbour and the visa aplication office. The staff were very helpfull and I enjoyed my stay so did my wife and my two boys of 12 and 14. The ouside pool was well maintained but the gym was not so big.
