Rooms clean, price reasonable and staff pleasant
Food not great, especially breakfast buffet; not in great location for getting taxis--long walk to metro. Nothing close by as far as restaurants and shopping.

The attention to detail - the staff were really polite and attentive, thank you.
The room was much smaller than it looked on the internet but it was very comfortable.

The overall service is ok when comparing the price I had this time. However, the type of room and service I encountered this time is only good when comparing to a 4-star hotel.
The location is a bit remote although the hotel provides shuttle buses to two locations in the city where there is MRT. There is no restaurants or convenient store nearby and shopping little things is a bit inconvenient.
