Perfect...would be the the word to describe my stay. I have lots of family who lives in Hermosillo on my mother's side. I travel there often sometimes i stay with family, howevr his is the second timei have stay at ibis. Both times are been a pleasure to stay. the staff are very responsive and helpful and the price, well you can't beat the price! Thank you for mking my stay PERFECT!

Conveniently located, attractive cost level, clean and comfortable rooms.
The internet was slow to the point where skype and chat did not work as expected. The chair broke on the third day and was not replaced during the next couple of days, no chair in the room.
