Everyone was so awesome and helpful. I Don’t her name but the young clerk on second shift was amazing , she was very and helpful when we needed her. My over all experience was awesome thank you.

The heater was positioned so that it blew right on you. So if it was summertime it would be the AC. Everything was fine except for that.

In the hallway of our room, we could smell smoke. That was something that we did not like about you hotel.If we ever stayed in Hays again we would NOT stop at your hotel.

The staff was very friendly and even though they were short handed, had us in a room right away. One of the maids called in sick. Room was clean and ready to go. Had all the things we needed in the room and had a good air conditioner was 111 degrees that day.
Was fully booked and had trouble finding parking. Had to park in the Arby's parking lot and the big dually pickup blocked the entrance. The bathtub was not installed correctly and creaked horribly when we took our showers. Normally they are to put foam under them to keep that from being the case, but the carpenter did not do that. The tub will crack, it's just a matter of time. Hire a better carpenter or watch HGTV Holmes on Homes, he will show you. Best thing is to install a steel tub and then a surround. They last forever. Just glad it didn't crack while we were there. Had to make sure to stand on the edges of the tub and not in the center.

Sean is the greatest manager I have ever had at any hotel.He is hands on and even kept us all safe and comforted in a tornado warning.I recommend anyone going to Hays to stay with Sean and his great staff.It was like being at home!
