Your staff was very helpful when we needed to check in early. We were out of town. Also, the business center was down and I needed a computer and they let me go into their office to use their computer for 5 minutes. It was very much appreciated.
We were sitting in the bar and the chef let the grill smoke up the entry and bar area to the point we left.

Staff was friendly and responsive. Good breakfast!
Bed Comforter was very dirty, do we switched rooms. Bed very uncomfortable (my wife's side had a "huge" dip in the mattress! House cleaning did a very poor job! Water was "EXTREMELY" hard!
Hallway smelled like an ashray.

Nothing - I moved to the Hampton
The a/c was not working and the TV was not working. Manager came up and relocated me to another room and the a/c was not cooling very efficiently in that room either. In addition, the elevator was out and the steps were used for going to the room...........on the fourth floor. The second room appeared to have something wrong with the floor of the shower since it creaked while taking a shower. Hilton has a satisfaction guarantee for unhappy customers but this was not allowed for some reason.

Size and layout of room, and the morning front desk person was very nice and helpful.
Room could have been a bit cleaner when I checked in.
