I did like the front desk staff. The rooms were decent clean but for the price we paid for a simple hotel was a bit extreme.
The room a few doors down from us was flooding. The hallway carpets were soaked, They need to put bottle openers in rooms.

The employees at the Holiday Inn were wonderful. We did not know the area and the employees were very happy and helpful to give us information. The employees made it feel like a home. The breakfast was great.
I would have liked a small refrigerator in the room (all rooms did not have a refrigerator).

Robin at the front desk was wonderful. She was so pleasant and helpful. It's been a long time since I have stayed at a hotel that checking in was so nice. The breakfast bar was also very good. There was a variety of food and everything was so clean.
