We loved the room which was quite a special one(and quite expensive) with two windows overlooking the canal and a fabulous bathroom. Also very appreciative of the secure garage beneath the hotel, ideal for the new car we had just picked up. Excellent reception staff. Staff in the breakfast room not quite so good.
Not really although it would have been nice to have had genuinely boiling water in the little pots brought to the table when you elected to have tea at breakfast.

I had a heated pool also hoped very nice hotel very well located (although rather expensive 165 euros for a night ... ..) For a night I would go for more but could not

Perfect measure, small but cozy, quiet, central and beautiful. Service very good and very comfortable beds. It is one of the few hotels that you can trust the photos you see on the Internet.

Excellent.

Off course it was very nice to enjoy the big "Gentse Feesten". The hotel was very very pleasant and luxury. The staff was very kind and helpfull.
