Great location beautiful cabins
Room service complications only available at dinner durring certain hours.... Need to have room service from six am to 10 pm. Trolley that goes into town has no set time you just have to wait in the freezing cold until it gets there.... Needs exact time for pick up. I give 3.5 stars Great location needs to improve on amenities

Very difficult to find this hotel but liked the layout of the room.
Heard every noise made by everyone beside us and above us.

I liked everything and everybody. It was a great experience to meet people in a resort who are friendly, i never relaxed that much in my life, though i travel between key west and europe, i loved the tranquillity, the resort alltogether and my room, i still miss it. thank you all for making my stay in tennessee and westgate resort special and always to remember.
