The feeling of being away on a vacation of relaxation.

This was our second stay at your hotel. This time there were 2 things that made my night one of less than desired sleep. We were on the 6 floor in room 625 on a Thursday night. The music from the pool/bar area was so loud that i could actually hear some of the words. I kept thinking that surely it would shut down soon but it went on into the night. also, the heat/air unit was unusually loud when it came on and shut down. I'm sorry to complain, but you asked.

Every thing was very good, from service to location.

Couldn't get a king size bed. The restaurant (steak house) on site was good but could have been better (food wise) for the price....and the dining area is too small and crampt.

The entire staff was outstanding! I stay in hotels 200 days a year and the San Luis was special! Whether the Xmas season or normal ops, it was a 10 from valet -valet!

Upon check-in there was a little problem, they immediately fixed this with an upgrade, and made this a memorable and special 20th Year Anniversary!!! The rooms, decor and location are well worth the extra dollars, and the heated pool with the H20 poolside Bar is really cozy and convenient! If we could get an upgrade every year on our anniversary, I believe we would do this every year at this wonderful hotel! Thank you an Luis for making this the best anniversary with all the special extras at no charge!!! :-)

It would be nice to have coffee in the lobby.

Convenienza

Il conto incluso due cariche in due date distinte fatte da qualcun altro. Era Style & Co. (che credo sia vestiti @ $ 26,95 ciascuno). Inoltre c'era un locale di carica telefonata di 0,64 $ che ci ha fatto credere che qualcuno ha chiamato dalla nostra camera. Ci hanno detto al check-out che la chiamata è venuto dalla nostra camera e sappiamo che non l'ha fatto. Inoltre abbiamo la nostra auto parcheggiata e quando arrivarono la nostra auto per un giro lungo il muro del mare, c'è stato un paio di signore blu occhiali da lettura sul sedile posteriore. Come è potuto succedere ..... non potevano spiegare. Quindi abbiamo avuto alcuni casi strani.
