The closeness to the area for shopping where we were staying.
No refrigerator or microwave in room. also, only 1 ice machine down stairs on first floor. machines on other floors were not functioning.

Order out pizza.
Air conditioning, bed appeared to have been slept in and remade, floor appeared dirty and bathroom floor was gritty to bare feet.

The continental breakfast was excellent, more importantly the area for the breakfast was a clean and kept that way better than any place that i have stayed. I really appreciate the attention give by the staff in that area.

Carpets needed cleaning. Phone jack had to be replaced. Ran out of eggs for breakfast.

The bed was comfortable, linens clean and there seemed to be more cable channels available then at most hotels which is always a plus.
The hotel hasn't been remodeled in a while. I stayed there about 4 years ago in it seemed to have been new and better kept.
