Everything & everyone was exceptional. The personal were professional, helpful & polite. I really enjoyed my stay @ Hampton Inn & Suites/GrandBlanc. I just enjoy Hampton Inn. I stayed at 2 other Hampton Inn's the past 9 days & really enjoyed staying at all places.

Every staff member was very pleasant and accommodating-we were there for a funeral and they were respectful of our need to get into our room the first day to get ready for the wake. We ended up extending our stay for the funeral service and the front desk quickly and easily extended our stay in the same room. If I am ever in the area again-I would definitely stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites.

Considering the fact that I was born and educated in Flint and have seen the decline of the City, I appreciated staying in a safe area removed from the crime and squalor of the city.
